My Month In Photos - November 2015
CHRISTMAS IS COMING PEOPLE!!! November is over and advent starts tomorrow and not only do I have lots of chocolate to look forward to, I also have a sneaky little announcement on the blog tomorrow! Despite the almost constant rain it's gone all cold and wintery and it feels like the festive day itself is soon approaching! November has been an insanely busy month for me both working and personally and whilst I have barely had time to stop and think, it's been a lot of fun.
1. My New Regular Job.
If you follow me on social media you might have seen me announce on Saturday my new regular job as website designer, social media campaign designer and regular manager of all accounts for the Llantwit Major Horticultural Society, a society than is run in the county I live in. This job was my first ever pitch and not being an expert on website design I was pretty happy to get the job and to do it so successfully that they have kept me on annually.

2. Quotes.
You might be forgiven for not realising I have two Instagram accounts because my personal one is in fact private. Therefore, you might also be forgiven for not seeing these hilarious quotes that I posted on there this month. I have a real penchant for a quote be it quite soppy or heart warming or more often than not, hilarious, often featuring something to do with modern day life. These two were my particular favourites especially the one with Arthur in which I captioned with a witty anecdote about being self employed and working from home.....
3. New Products.
Yes this month I released some new work to sell on my Etsy in the form of my personalised stadium prints for sports loving pals. I also worked on 4 personalised christmas card commissions in the last week alone, two of which have just this weekend been sent off to the clients. There is just about enough time to get your christmas card orders in but if you've missed this years deadline there's always Valentines Day, Easter, next Christmas.....
4. Wandering.
Sadly due to the seasonable turn in the weather (thanks October for spoiling us and making us think we were keeping the sunny crisp days) I haven't been out and about with my niece as much as last month. However, we did make it to Bute Park in Cardiff and to Cosmeston Lakes in the Vale of Glamorgan and I managed to fill up my Insta grid sufficiently with beautiful photos.
5. Slowly Getting Back To It.
This month I have spent so much time working on paid jobs (yay) I have had little time for illustrating anything I want to do (boo). I have missed so many colour collective's it is criminal but I got a few spare minutes to do a few fun ones!
6. Oh Life.
Life has been pretty sweet this month, I have done a lot of fun things, I got officially qualified for my job, I hung out with my niece a bunch, I dyed my hair, I got an iMac, I sent presents, I got advent calendars, I started moving and I went to Essex. It was pretty joyous.
November was great but I am SO ready for December!!!
